Subject: Lost my font package!?!

Hey Tony,
I purchased the retro-ad art cd 3 years ago.  I have written you several gushing letters about what a great investment and quality product you have since then.  Im contacting you today because my PC crashed and I had to erase my hard-drive, etc.  Anyway, we recently moved and I know I backed up these fonts somewhere but I cant seem to find them. PLEASE HELP!!!  I know it’s the holidays, and hopefully you are getting some R&R – but if you get a chance could you shoot them over to me? My new email is marilee@jupiterbay.com  I think when I purchased the CD I was marileeklep@msn.com.  I don’t remember exactly – I have had several email accounts since then.  If you need further proof of my purchase I will be happy to provide.  I was in Seattle, WA when I placed the order.
Thanks!

Subject: retro fonts

Hi there....

great website! I am inquiring about some of your fonts. At this time, I am interested in the "Stardust" font style. I was wondering if you have more fonts than what you are showing.

Also, I was wondering if you have little graphics like "starbursts" (often seen in ads that express "new" or "clean"). Also, I call it a "boomerang" shape, it was often found on formica countertops in the 60's.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Subject: Enquiries on Usage

Hello

I'm so impressed by the wide range of clipart your site offer.
Since I'm an avid cross stitcher, can I convert your graphics to cross stitch pattern, personally handmade it myself, made it into frames, cards or bookmarks, then resell my finished item (not the pattern nor the clipart itself) through the internet?  Is this allowed?  What's the policyfor this.

How about printing the clipart and made it into T-shirts, cards, bookmark and reselling it too (just keen to open a small home based company)

I look forward to your favourable reply.

Thanks

Hello,

My name is Ben Drawdy. I recently purchased your Ad Art CD. Very nice stuff.
It was worth every penny. However I was wondering if someone at your company
would be able to fax me a receipt. Our accounting department is giving me a
hard time about the E-mail receipt you sent to my home account.

Here's the fax number.

Subject: Question about the Retro Art Clips

Hello,
I just love the retro art samples on your website. I like collecting vintage magazine ads and when I came across your product I thought it was real nice. I also enjoy making wood crafts such as small plaques and nameplate and signs using my scroll saw. If I were to purchase your Retro Ad Art Clip CD will I be allowed to print them on a high quality water slide decal and fix it to a small wooden plaque and then sell the plaque? I would like to make small desktop conversation piece signs and plaque with the vintage look for home or office.  Thank You.

Sincerely,
Don

Subject: Some questions

Ad Graphics,

I understand your pricing and billing, but wanted to know what your terms and conditions are. Can you send those to me? I specifically wanted to knoe if the price includes full buyout? Also, do I receive an electronic version of the graphic? Am I allowed to alter the graphic myself and still use it for my business? For example, I have an idea for a logo, but would like to add a slogan when I come up with a good one. If I pay for the graphic (logo), can I add the slogan myself when ready?

I think the site is great and the work is even better.

Thank you,

John Lanham

Subject: Retro Clip art

To  Whom it may concern,

Hi, my name is Hayley Brown.  I am a parent of a student at Grace Christian School in Medford, Oregon.  I have volunteered to put together our program for our silent auction.  I was on the web searching for Fifties clip art when I ran across your site.  I really love all the art on your site.  I was wondering if I could purchase the clip art individually?  The art would only be used for this one fundraiser.  I cannot afford to buy the whole package.  I would only need about 50 images.  Let me know if there is anything we can work out.  If you would like to donate some images I can get the schools tax id number for you.   Thank you for your consideration.

Thanks again,

Hayley Brown

Subject: order question

Hello,
I ran across your webpage using google as I was searchnig for fonts and graphics packages for "designing" (using other people's design's b/c I am not gifted that way)my own wedding invitations.  I'm looking for an early 1960's style font and graphics package (think Audrey Hepburn) to design wedding invitations that I can print at home on tree-free paper.

Do you have a package like this?

I appreciate any help you can provide. You're website is pretty cool!
Thanks,
Erin Foresman

Hi,

I found you guys on the web this morning and i am so impressed with your collection! I am almost ready to purchase but I have one question, when you say "high resolution" what do you mean? I just want to be sure that the art will be big enough for print etc. what is the average or standard file size of the files on the cd?

hopeful new customer,

I'm saving up for the clip art CD (I'm not much of a designer -- I just love that style art work) -- so when I get my next commission check, perhaps this will be my gift to myself.

Thanks for putting all the suggestions about coloring and layout with the clip art on the site -- it's helpful for people like me (who should probably be barred from owning photoshop).

Thanks,
Spencer

Subject: previous order for Lynne Strickland

Dear Mr. Mosely:
I previously ordered your retro art CD and fonts which were sent to my old e-mail address "lstrickland@markitimageinc.com". I am no longer at that location and have started my own business. Can you possibly re-send the fonts to this e-mail address? Also, I know you must think I am a total idiot, but I sincerely have no idea how to download those to my system...all that un-zipping and such makes my mind go numb!!! Sorry, Im a southerner, what do you expect?!?! We all act a liitle slow down here!
If I need to give you a confirmation number or something from my original order, let me know and I'll try to track it down.
So sorry for the inconvenience....I'll try to leave ya'll alone after this!
Thanks and have a great day.

Lynne Strickland

Our Response to Lynne:
  No problem Lynne -

I've attached all the font files without zipping them, so you won't
have to worry about using WinZip. All you have to do is take all these
files and put them in your Fonts folder, which can be found in the
WINDOWS folder which is on your C-Drive.

Then restart your computer, and all these new fonts will automatically
appear in all your programs. It's easy!

Hey! Nancy Grace is a southerner! She sure impresses the heck out
of us northern folk!

Let me know if you need any more help!

You are a real peach! (yet another 'southern-ism') I'd like to blame it all on the fact I am a newly divorced mother of a pre-adolescent girl, however, I was just as ditsy prior to all that! You know how us creative types are...never know which side of the brain to use!
Thanks again for your help...it's greatly appreciated. If I knew where you where, I'd bake you a pie!

Have a good one, Lynne
